Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our growing research team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques. You will work alongside a team of experts to design, implement, and publish state-of-the-art AI models with direct applications to our product lines and client solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct original research in AI/ML, with a focus on areas such as generative models, foundation models, reinforcement learning, or unsupervised learning.
  • Develop scalable prototypes and work closely with engineering teams to bring research into production.

  • Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI.

  • Stay current with the latest research developments and integrate them into ongoing projects.

  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong, innovative research culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Strong publication record or demonstrated research experience in AI/ML.

  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.

  • Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Dask) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

    • Experience in generative AI (e.g., diffusion models, transformers, LLMs).

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.

    • Background in one or more application domains: NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting, etc
